The Undersigned expressly grants permission to Chasing 7 Dreams, all of the right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by Chasing 7 Dreams in connections with my providing volunteer services to Chasing 7 Dreams.
