Please note that 80% attendance is required, if a child should miss more than 2 days of attendance, your child may be waitlisted for future activities. A no call/ no show for sessions may result in a charge of $25 but not to exceed $50 in charges and balances must be paid in full prior to registering into any Chasing 7 Dreams programs.

It is Chasing 7 Dreams’ desire that all consumers complete camp and have an enriching experience, however, safety for the individual, other campers, volunteers, and/or staff takes precedence Procedures: Parents/ Guardians are informed if their child/youth harms him/herself or attempts to harm others, s/he will be offered stress reduction activities at the sensory station. If staff and/or the sensory station do not calm the child/youth, parents/guardians will be asked to pick them up. Depending on the severity of the incident, the child/youth may or may not return. Below you will find other reasons a child may not return: 1. If the child/youth attempt to set fire in the program, engages in sexual activity, brings drugs/alcohol, steals from others. 2. Verbal threat(s) from parents to staff or volunteers 3. Inappropriate touching or conversations with staff or their peers. 4. Not following safety protocols for example: attempting to leave the premises.

Upon submitting your registration, please contact your CSC immediately to inform them that your child plans to participate in this program. This will initiate the required authorization and approval process.

Please note that authorization must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of practice. If authorization is not received by this deadline, the participant will be withdrawn from the sport.

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the respective program coordinator acknowledging that your registration has been received. We will copy (CC) your IRC caseworker on this email with instructions to help initiate services and ensure that authorization can be processed promptly.

If CSC information is not included on the registration form, we will contact you immediately by email, as this information is required to obtain approval.
